1) Hot coal gas (cold coal gas) covered type shine annealing furnace
Covered type shine annealing furnaces include a fixed furnace table (or removable furnace table), movable heating cover, inner cover, cooling cover and electric control system. The inner cover lets in protective gas and is equipped with a powerful circulation device to meet the shine anneal processing demand of non-ferrous metal materials, steel strips and other products.

2) Natural gas (liquid gas) covered type shine annealing furnace
The raw materials are natural gas or liquid gas, which are energy-efficient and free from contamination. The whole process of heating, heating up, and cooling is controlled automatically for ease of operation.

3) Electric heating shine annealing furnace
The electric heating shine annealing furnace includes 5 main parts: outer cover, inner cover, cooling cover, furnace table and electric control system. The temperature is fully-automatically controlled. The furnace table has a full metal structure with rational design and long usage life.

4) Consecutive shine annealing furnace
The heating energy includes natural gas, liquid gas, cold coal gas, and electric heating. This equipment is mainly used in the cold-rolled strip, stainless steel strip and non-ferrous metal processing fields. The whole production line features a reasonable design.

5) Galvanizing line, tinning line
Using the most advanced manufacturing technique, the whole structure is reasonable and compact, and the quality is reliable.

6) Coating assembly line for colored steel plates
The whole production line uses Japanese and Korean technology with the advantages of compact and rational structure, lightweight and solid design, and high and stable quality. Several rectifying devices are installed to guarantee the production line works properly and reliably. The internal bladder of the drying and solidifying box and wind entrance are made of stainless steel, and inner circulation is divided into several sections. The entrance is adjustable for adjustable production.
