Vertical Aluminum Alloy Hardening Furnace

Application:

Mainly applies to fast solid solution treatment for aluminum wheels, aluminum

castings and kinds of aluminum alloy standard elements. Transfer speed of work piece within 10 seconds after holding time.

Characteristics:

1.Elevated structure, top mounted heating elements, convenient for installing and replace.

2.High pressure and strong circulation blower, large air flow capacity, temperature difference

   with ± 3~ 5 .

3.Quenching transfer time is adjustable within 5 ~ 10s, without obvious swing and vibration.
 

4.PID control temperature, alarm of upper and lower limit, and also control computer with

   networking.
