Application:
1.RT3 series low temperature trolley type electric resistance furnace is perfect heat treatment
equipment to black metal parts for tempering, and to aluminium alloy castings, aluminium
extrusion, aluminum plate, aluminium-alloy piston for quenching and aging.

3.Electric furnace adopt built-in microcomputer program precision temperature control cabinet
built-in microcomputer program (host computer+ PLC distribution control is available).
4.Micro-computer program temperature control cabinet mainly automatic control electric
furnace temperature of heat treatment process through the microcomputer fuzzy logic
operation with PID arithmetic precision non-contact , to make it operating curve along
optimal temperature of electric heat treatment process according user's set , realizing heat
treatment program process automation.( Temperature difference roller, aluminum alloy with
stainless steel lining ,heat resistance axial flow fan, ensure the exhaust gas and uniformity
of heating workpiece)
