Medium Temperature Trolley Type Electric Resistance Furnace

Composite energy-saving lining, long diameter and lifespan resistance wire(use high containing nickel resistance for heating element is available), automatic mechanical or air cylinder raise-position trolley, sealing device for furnace door, heavy load structure, durable in use.

Application:

1. RT3 series heat trolley type electric resistance furnace(0~1250) is national standard and

    energy-saving type periodical furnace.

2.Extra energy-saving structure, use composite fibre for heat preservation which can save

   energy more than 60% compared with ordinary brick furnace. Automatic seal trolley and

    furnace door. It can be put on the ground without installation base.

3.Mainly applies to heat treatment of high chromium, high manganese steel casting, ductile

   cast iron, roller, steel ball, such as quenching, annealing, aging.

4.Large furnace adopt multi-zone heating, in order to improve uniformity of furnace temperature,

   install heating element on furnace door, back wall and trolley.

5.High-power electric furnace supporting multiple automatic temperature-control cabinet,

   automatic control multi-zone heating and the running of furnace door or trolley. Every

   electrical cabinet has several meters and long graph automatic recorder, to control and

   record furnace temperature, automatic power outages when over temperature.
