Pit Type Electrical Resistance Furnace

1.This type series furnaces have the simple structure and the features of forvacuum and

   safeguard atmosphere heat treatment furnace.

2.The furnace shell is welded by steel plate.

3.The furnace lining is masonried by light-weight and insulating material.

4.Chamber wall arrangement Electric heating element, and the work piece is put in the

   charging basket which is made of heat resistance steel.

5.To heat work piece evenly, install strong circulation fan on the furnace cover(160KW fan and

   210KW fan are installed at the bottom of chamber)

6.The measurement and control of furnace temperature is operated by the thermoelectric

   couple which is insert in furnace wall and the temperature control meter.

7.Opening and closing of furnace cover is controlled by electric jack and hand-operating device.

8.Energy-saving electric furnace which is made from extra light refractory fiber is used for heat 

   preservation. Electric furnace cooperate with temperature control cabinet, which can be

   control working temperature by automatic PID program or hand-operating.
