Electrothermal Bright Annealing Furnace

Configuration

The electric heating shine anneal furnace includes five main parts: outer cover, inner Cover, cooling cover, furnace table, electric control system etc .It is mainly applied for Anneal treatment of steel coil and plate, as well as anneal and temper treatment of other Metal materials, the electrothermal element is amounted on the outer cover.

The furnace table is fixed while outer and inner covers are moveable, because the part to be treated occupies different times on outer cover and furnace table during heat processing. The general ratio of outer cover and furnace table is:1:2~3.

Technical Capability

1.   Fill protective gas into inner cover to guarantee the treated part shining.

2.   The powerful circulation process (single or double speeds high temperature fan) is applied to improve heating quality and shorten heating time.

3.   The temperature is full automatic controlled.

4.   The furnace table has full metal structure with rational design and long lifespan.

5.   The vacuum system is available if necessary.
