Heat Treating Furnace

Configuration:

1. RST-L series heat-treating furnace has the outer wall welded by carbon steel or colored steel plate after dieing.

2. It is mainly composed by the heat circulating fan amounted on the top, burner, full fiber lining, stainless steel inner lining, intelligence temperature control instrument etc.

3. It has the advantages of beautiful appearance, small heat loss, good energy saving effect, even temperature of furnaces chest.

Technic Principle:

  High temperature fan mixes burning material and air through separating flow board at the ceiling of inner cover, and sprays them uprightly onto work piece through the clearance at the bottom of furnace, then enter air channel between inner cover and outer cover, then return to entrance of fan for circulation. The temperature composed by burning device and intelligence temperature control instrument ensures that correct set temperature can be attained.

Application:

The series product is applied for anneal, temper or stress elimination treatment of colored metal and black metal and processing test. It also can be applied for heating and cooling processing of glass and the products under 600.
