Configuration

1. Coating assemble line of Colored steel plate is composed by opening coil device, auto-adding pressure joint device, redundancy device, degrease dry-cleaning and drying device, painting device, drying and solidifying device, cutting and rolling device etc.
2. The whole production line absorbs Japanese and Korean technology with the advantage of compact and rational structure, light and solid, high and stable quality.

1.  If baseboard and paint meet the demand, the quality of product meet national standard.

2.  Energy type: electricity, various fuel gas or coal such as light diesel, heavy oil, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, generating furnace's coal gas for customer's choice.

5.  Several rectifying devices are applied to guarantee the production line work properly and reliably.

6.  The internal bladder of drying & solidifying box, wind entrance are made by stainless steel, inner circulation divide into several sections, and the entrance is adjustable, so the production is adjustable.
