Hot Gas(Oil) Cover Type Shine Anneal Furnace

Configuration

1.  Gas Cover type shine anneal furnace is composed by gas generating furnace and cover type anneal furnace unit two parts.

2.  The furnace includes fixed furnace table and moveable outer cover and cooling cover and control cabinet.

3.  The fixed furnace table is suitable for feeding materials.

4.  The inner cover lets in protective gas and equipped with powerful circulation device to meet the shine anneal processing demand of steel strip and other products.

5.  The outer cover is lined with fire-resistant fiber to lighten the weight of outer cover and decrease the consumption of energy.

Technical Capability

1  Cover type furnace applies protective gas and is equipped with powerful circulate device (dual-speed fan) to improve heating quality.

2  Except special demand, the ratio of cover and table is 1:2.

3  The heat in the furnace meets the character that steel coil and plate have great different of heat conductivity on different directions.

4  The furnace table has full metal structure with rational design and long lifespan.

5  The vacuum system is available if necessary.
