Specialty

1.   JQY-L Type series heating furnace is the consecutive heating equipment for steel ingot and  billet.

2.   It includes main parts of feeding unit, furnace body, steel material's slide channel, burning system, output material device, temperature control system, furnace door's opening and closing system, fume exhaust device etc.

3.   According to the fuel used, this series of heating furnace can be divided into gas, oil and coal three categories.

4.   The product has heat exchanger with the advantages of high heat efficiency, quick heating, low producing cost, less environment pollution and compact structure.

Application

1.   Heating processing of alloy ingot, billet and their products.

2.   Heating processing of carbon steel ingot, billet and their products.

3.   Heating processing of colored metal (copper, aluminum) rod, billet.

Configuration

1.   The shell is complete steel structure. It's beautiful and solid. The furnace lining is a  kind of compound one composed by heat insulating material and fire-resistance products with  the advantage of good whole air tightness and long lifespan.                                         

2.   The burner select stable burning, reliable usage, high efficiency and energy-saving one  according to the demand of customer's heating technology.

3.   The slide channel of steel material can select water-cooling, non-water-cooling, semi-heating methods to optimize the ratio of tube and bottom, decrease the heat loss.

4.   The method of feeding and output material includes one-end feed and another-end out, one-end feed and side out etc.

5.   The capacity and heating temperature is designed according to customer's demand.

The type of furnace includes pushing steel type, tilted low type and pushing rod type etc.
