BRIGHT ANNEALING FURNACE (RQY-L TYPE SERIES )

Specialty

RQY-L series anneal furnace is the heating equipment for anneal, temper and quench treatment of alloy steel and carbon steel work piece. It is mainly composed by feeding device, output device, furnace body unit, furnace door's opening and closing device, burning system, work piece's track, temperature control device, fume exhaust device etc. the series product has fuel oil and fuel gas (generating furnace's gas) two categories for customer's selection.

Application

1.  Heating treatment of steel coils, stainless steel strip, stainless steel wire etc and work piece.

2.  Anneal, temper and quench treatment of all kinds of carbon steel products.

Configuration

Full steel made furnace shell and main body, and the lining is composed by heat insulating and fireproof layer, heat preserving layer and fireproof clay brick. The track of work piece has various types, it's very convenient for using and maintenance; the burner applies: vertical or horizontal flame nozzle of oil or gas, which is easy to rising temperature or keep constant temperature and equipped with digital display temperature control instruments, also can equipped with full automatic burning temperature control system.
