1.The worktable centering with high precision double roller bearing,the worktable guiding rail supply oil by constant current and static pressure.

2.The main transimission uses two gear mechanical non-clearance transimission and spindle drive motor stepless speed regulating.

3.The cutter frame and ram uses ball bearing screw mandrel auxiliary transmission,the beam is furnished with unloading beam to reduce the formlessness of the beam.

4.The guiding rails of the cutter frame and ram supply oil by multiple head pump preloading constant current and static pressure.

5.The ram with boring and milling main shaft in it,the boring and milling main shaft uses two gear mechanical stepless speed regulating and driven by spindle drive motor.

6.The machine tool deploys Siemens NC system;we also can deploy other system according to the customer's requirements.
