Glass products annealing furnace

 Configurations:

  Glass  product   anneal furnace is usually composed by heating and heat preservation section, slow cooling section, rapid cooling section three main parts.

1.      Based on different energy applied, the heating section is equipped with gas or oil nozzle respectively, or electric heating device for heating and heat preservation.

2.      Slow cooling section takes slow cooling according to temperature curve of anneal processing.

3.      Rapid  cooling section is to cool down rapidly to normal temperature.

Applications:

  It is applied to eliminate various glass products stress after molding, so that the glass procucts have high utilizing value.

  Fuel gas, oil  and electric heating glass product anneal furnace have fulfilled automatic control of each section of furnace temperature, and compulsive hot air circulation with temperature control accuracy at ±2, the drive device can offer stepless speed of net belt.
