gas (oil) cover type shine annealing furnace

Configurations:

  RQZSL type gas (oil) cover type shine annealing furnace is composed by gas generating furnace (also can use pipe gas, natural gas, liquetied gas and fuel oil as fuel) and cover type anneal furnace unit two parts. The furnace includes fixed furnace table and moveable outer cover and cooling cover and control cabinat. The fixed furnace table is suitable for feeding materials.The inner cover lets in protective gas and equipped with powerful circulation device to meet the bright anneal processing demand of steel strip and other products. The outer cover is lined with  fire-resistant fiber to lighten the weight of outer cover and decrease the consumption of energy.

Technic Capability:

1.     Cover type furnace applies protective gas and is equipped with powerful circulate device(dual-speed fan) to improve heating quality.

2.     Except special demand, the ratio of cover and table is 1:2.

3.     The heat in the furnace meets the character that steel coil and the plate have great difference of heat conductivity on different directions.

4.     The furnace table has full metal structure with rational design and long lifespan.

5.     The vacuum system is available if necessary.

Notes:The design can be tailed according to different size of work piece and different coil, plate, tube and bar materials.The power of furnace is about 30-50Kw/set.
